#2 Chilled Dough for Choux Pastryでの2,000€の賞

I am so happy to win in this contest as 2nd winner. I tried to explore from the brief the difficulties about making dough, and choux pastry is a difficult dough to make at home, so my idea and design's goal is to make choux confectionery to be easy to make, by saving lots of time and effort by simply using a new, factory-made product.  I believe Herta sees my concept well and they definitely do. Thank you Herta and eYeka :)

For me and my team mate, Stefan, it's always an exciting experience to participate in one (or two, or more) contests on eyeka. It's just so wonderful that we get to challenge ourselves, and be just surprised in the end that we get to have something more than what we expected.
