Very global approach of the whole customer relationship, both daily and long term. The intelligent mix of human touch and digital interactions is quite innovative and it provides lots of new services to ease the customer financial life and help him understand what’s going on. Finally, celebrating memorable moments with the customer to generate loyalty is not very complicated but really priceless!
Finance is not a goal in itself but it can help me achieve my projects, my dreams: my banker is not only a banker, he is some kind of a friend, he is supporting me. Bank can be fun, that’s what there is to learn from this idea.
